Dr Phil Hopley

Phil Hopley graduated in Medicine with Distinction from St Thomas’ Hospital before training in General Adult and Forensic Psychiatry. He worked as a Consultant Psychiatrist with the NHS for 7 years before founding LPP with Drs Bell & Kruger in 2008.

Prof Pieter Kruger

Professor Pieter Kruger is Director of International Operations and a Consultant Clinical Psychologist. As a registered clinical psychologist Pieter has been working in elite performance psychology for the past 17 years.

Rob Archer C.Psychol

Rob Archer is Cognacity’s UK Director and is a Chartered Psychologist and coach with 20 years’ board-level experience in both public and private sectors. Rob specialises in the psychology of resilience, wellbeing and sustaining high performance in the workplace.

Dr Antonio Metastasio

Dr Antonio Metastasio is a Consultant Psychiatrist presently working at the Camden and Islington NHS Foundation Trust. He privately practices in Harley Street, where he is an associate at the Cognacity team; and in Cambridge at Salus Wellness.

Dr Filippo Passetti

After studying medicine in Florence (Italy), Filippo Passetti went to Cambridge to study towards a PhD in Experimental Psychology. He then trained in clinical psychiatry in Cambridge and London, including lectureships at the Royal Free & UCL and at St. George’s Medical Schools.

Dr Gary Bell

Gary Bell trained in General Adult Psychiatry in London (Charing Cross, the Middlesex and University College Hospitals) and has held Consultant posts at St Bartholomew’s Hospital in the City of London, the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital.

Paul Buck

Paul Buck uses his business acumen, plus the personal experience of suffering, and overcoming, a pathological gambling disorder, and its devastating effects, to now head the UK and Ireland’s top problem gambling consultancy.

Sean Gartland

Clinic Manager

Having worked within a Specialised Therapeutic Community for substance use disorder for around 7 years, Sean gained a significant amount of experience of working with service users, their families and other care professionals.

Sean is our CQC Registered Manager, and holds a Level 5 Diploma in adult Health and Social Care, and other relevant qualifications. He has a person centred approach and is able to actively engage with a range of highly vulnerable service users.
